THE OPPORTUNITY
A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced P&C Business Partner to support Lotte Duty Free’s corporate and retail operations in Australia. Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in employee relations, performance, L&D, change management, and implementing innovative people initiatives.
As part of the P&C team, you’ll work closely with our Retail Leaders in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, bringing your energy and enthusiasm to provide guidance and support in building a strong, engaged team. With Lotte Duty Free’s focus on luxury beauty, cosmetics and more, you'll help drive a culture of excellence in an environment known for delivering exceptional customer experiences, inspired by Korean innovation and quality.
