THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Chinese (Mandarin) speaker to join the world of beauty at our Sydney Downtown Store located in Market St.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Inspiring your team to reach Sales Budgets
• Providing solid and effective leadership at all times
• Ensuring the ongoing and development at all team members to ensure a high quality customer experience

You will be working in customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.

Additional duties include:

• Work with the team to maximise sales opportunities to achieve KPI’s 
• Ability to develop new sales strategies
• Supervise the punctual opening of the store and ensure that staff are ready for work
• Engaging with customers on the sales floor

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous Retail/Sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics required
• Motivate staff to increase sales
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication

DETAILS OF THE ROLE  

• Location: Sydney Downtown Store - Market St. 
• Full time position - 76 hours per fortnight
• 2 weeks rotating roster and availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
