THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Beauty Advisor - Chinese (Mandarin) Speaker with a passion skincare to join our Beauty Team at Brisbane International Airport.

You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.

 You will have the opportunity to represent the prestigious brand La Mer.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
• Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
• Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Brisbane International Airport
• Part  time position 75 hours’ fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Flexibility with hours of work is important as our stores are open for long periods

It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.

To apply for this role you must be 18years old with Full Time Working Rights in Australia.

To work with Lotte Duty Free, you must hold a current Australian or International Passport.
