ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Stock Person – Inventory Control to join our Sydney Downtown team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role ensures accurate stock management of all inbound and outbound deliveries, supporting smooth retail operations and maintaining high standards of organisation in all back-of-house areas.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Receiving, checking, and accurately recording all inbound and outbound stock
• Managing discrepancies and communicating promptly with Store Management and third-party logistics.
• Maintaining tidy and organised storerooms and stock areas
• Completing all delivery and stock-related documentation accurately and on time
• Price ticketing, stock transfers, and goods returns
• Supporting stock compliance, security, and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in stock handling, warehouse, or storeroom operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, stock systems experience an advantage)
• Previous retail experience highly regarded

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Sydney Downtown Store
• Part-Time position 48 hours’ fortnightly
• Shift times:13:00 - 18:00 or 14:00 - 21:00
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Flexibility with hours of work is important as our stores are open for long periods
• It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
