THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser & Fulfilment Assistant with a passion for retail visual presentation to join our Sydney Downtown Store.

You will be working in a customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Implement and maintain window and in-store merchandising, including promotions, launches and GWP activity
• Deliver monthly display updates and support new store setups, ensuring fixtures, signage, transparencies and POS meet brand standards
• Manage display stock and materials, identifying opportunities to improve store presentation
• Partner with Store Managers, Merchandise and Marketing to ensure consistent execution across stores
• Support online order fulfilment through accurate picking, packing and premium presentation within dispatch timelines

ABOUT YOU

• Proven Creativity as a Visual Merchandiser
• Ability to work independently when required
• High level of attention to detail, Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
• A good understanding of retail processes including marketing, store operations and visual merchandising
• Experience in duty‑free retail is an advantage

DETAILS OF THE ROLE  

• Location: Sydney Downtown Store - Market St. 
• Part time position - 60 hours per fortnight
• 2 weeks rotating roster and availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
