THE OPPORTUNITY

We have amazing opportunities for Christmas Casuals to join our Sales team at Melbourne International Airport.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a friendly and diverse team, providing a high level of customer service and processing customer sales.  

Additional duties include:

• Engaging with customers on the sales floor
• Inform passengers of purchasing & customs requirements
• Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU

• Must be over 18 years old
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience of operating a point of sale (POS) system
• Cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team  
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
• A reasonable level of physical fitness, as some manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required to commence in the role

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Available to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Available to work from October 2024 to February 2025
• It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.

Lotte Duty Free employees are required to pass a Customs and Police Clearance process and must hold a VALID Australian or International Passport.
