THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Counter Manager with a passion for cosmetics, skincare and fragrances, to join our beauty team at Brisbane International Airport. You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.

You will have the opportunity to represent Dior.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Knowledge of the Dior product range and utilise this to maximise sales
• Motivate team members to provide excellence in customer service 
• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Provide clear communication and consistent, constructive feedback on a daily/weekly basis to all Dior team members

ABOUT YOU

• Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
• Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality
• The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Brisbane International Airport
• Part time position -  75 hours per fortnight 
• Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
