THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Beauty Advisor - Chinese (Mandarin) Speaker with a passion for cosmetics, skincare and fragrance, to join our Beauty team at Melbourne International Airport. You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
• Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
• Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality
• The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Melbourne Airport
• Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly
• Part time position: 60 hours’ fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays

It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
