ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Store Manager, we are currently seeking highly organized and enthusiastic Collections Crew member to provide premium service both friendly and exceptionally efficient, while dispatching orders to Lotte Duty Free customers at the Collections Counter.

You will be working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a friendly and diverse team.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Distribute orders to customers at the Collections Counter
• Complete picking and packing of online orders and maintain all parcel organisation
• Check all remaining parcels at the close of each shift 
• Assist with customer service on the shop floor as required
• Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
• A reasonable level of physical fitness, as manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and numerical skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge or experience with international brands and in a duty-free environment
• Previous cash handling experience

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Brisbane International Airport
• Part Time position  - 60 hours’ fortnightly
• Ability to work AM and PM shifts
• 2 week rotating roster
• Flexibility with hours of work is important as our stores are open for long periods

It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
