ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Stock Replenisher to coordinate stock movements ensuring all stock in the stores are replenished in a timely manner.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Coordinate inward and outward stock movements 
• Ongoing stock replenishment of all areas in priority, utilizing Stock Replenishment Systems
• Complete any stock replenishments or stock movements that the Bond team have been unable to complete ( within a reasonable timeframe)
• Liaise with Store Manager & Sales Managers to replenish Top 10 lines and our best sellers daily
• Resolve and receipt / invoice differences
• Maintain clean and orderly bond store & reserve areas
• Accurately conduct regular stock takes
• Ensure that all customs regulations are adhered to
• Responsible for meeting the delivery trucks

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to do all lifting and picking requirements
• Experience in working in a storeroom, warehouse, stock fill or bond
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Numerical and attention to detail skills

 Desirable:

• Previous administrative experience
• Knowledge/experience in Duty Free operations and/or retail operations

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Part-time permanent position – 60 hours per fortnight (as per schedule)
  1:30pm to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
• Brisbane Airport location
