ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our Sydney Downtown Store located in Market St.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a friendly and diverse team, providing a high level of customer service and processing customer sales.  

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Inform passengers of the conditions relating to their purchases e.g. customs requirements
• Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures

ABOUT YOU

• 18+ years old
• Available to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays through March 2026
• Reliable transport for early/late shifts
• Exceptional customer service with POS and cash handling skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication
• Physically fit for manual handling and heavy lifting
• RSA certification (required to start)
