ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced, confident and detail-oriented Compliance & Loss Prevention expert to lead, develop and inspire our compliance team across our retail locations. Reporting to the General Manager – Retail, this role is responsible for ensuring Lotte Duty Free operates in line with legislative, security, and operational requirements while protecting company assets and minimising risk.
Our ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in retail operations, loss prevention, and compliance, bringing a proactive and investigative approach to managing risk and solving problems.
