THE OPPORTUNITY

A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced XXXX to support the Lotte Duty Free corporate & retail business operations across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to XXX, your role will work across the generalist P&C function of employee relations, performance, L&D, change management, and the implementation of innovative people initiatives.

As an integral part of the P&C Team you will partner with our Retail Leaders, bringing energy & enthusiasm into your work, providing comprehensive advice, guidance and support to further build capability and an engaged team.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

 ICLUDE DUTIES (5 OR 6)

• Lead as a Cultural ambassador for the Lotte Duty Free retail business
• Develop & nurture relationships with our Retail leaders building positive culture
• Deliver expert P&C support and consultation to leaders across retail business AU/NZ

• Manage full end-to-end case management, ensuring effective resolution of employee relations matters
• Drive and implement People initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
• Lead employee engagement projects to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
• Collaborate with our Retail leaders to develop and execute P&C strategies aligned with business objectives

ABOUT YOU

ESSENTIAL (INCLUDE WHAT WE NEED)

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Extensive P&C Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced, retail or FMCG environment
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships at all levels
• Proven ability to manage complex P&C cases with Retail Award (GRIA) & NES knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and dynamic retail mindset
