THE OPPORTUNITY

A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced P&C Business Partner to support Lotte Duty Free’s corporate and retail operations in Australia. Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will guide and support leaders through employee relations cases and OHS related matters with sound judgement, empathy and aligned with business needs. You will also play a key role in performance, L&D, change management, and implementing innovative people initiatives.

As part of the P&C team, you’ll work closely with our Retail Leaders in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, bringing your energy and enthusiasm to provide guidance and support in building a strong, engaged team. You will help drive a culture of excellence in an environment known for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Provide trusted People and Culture advice and support to leaders across Australia
• Lead end to end case management for employee relations and OHS matters, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
• Partner with the General Manager of People and Culture and Retail leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Retail leaders to support a positive and engaged workplace culture
• Drive and implement people initiatives that support growth, engagement, and capability development
• Support and deliver employee engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience

ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Extensive P&C Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced, retail or FMCG environment
• Proven ability to manage complex P&C ER cases with Retail Award (GRIA) & NES knowledge
• Proven ability to manage OHS cases
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships at all levels
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
