Collections Crew / Stock Refill - Wellington Airport

Established in February 1980, Lotte Duty Free is the second largest travel retailer in the world and operates 20 duty free stores, across 11 international airports, in seven international locations, including Australia, USA, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Thailand and Vietnam.


We're seeking an extremely organised person to join our Collections Crew based at Wellington Airport. You will be dispatching online orders to customers, as well as helping out in the warehouse with stock refill.

This is a full-time position. 


  • Urgently complete “un-packs” and “re-packs”, and enter the details of each into the computer. If necessary, seeking further assistance so that the re-pack function is completed with maximum speed and efficiency.
  • Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Record any packing errors on a daily basis and advise the Sales Manager accordingly.
  • Check all remaining parcels at the close of each shift.
  • Immediately communicate detailed customer issues or queries (and contact details) to the Hotline Team via e-mail.
  • Without any delay, report any stock control or sales related issues to Bond Manager
  • Assist with customer service on the shop floor as required.
  • Help in the warehouse with stock refill


  • Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment
  • Good computer skills
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness, as manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved
  • Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
