ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for Sales Advisors to join our team at Wellington International Airport. You will be working in a high volume, fast paced environment to serve customers, whilst meeting sales targets.

You must have your own form of reliable transport to get to the airport (not public transport), as well as a full drivers licence. You will be working split shifts (few hours in the morning and then a few hours in the afternoon/evening).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with meeting sales targets/KPI's
  • Knowledge and experience of retail/customer service operations.
  • Ability to work well and effectively as part of a team as well as individually
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Beauty knowledge (desirable) 
  • Full drivers licence

HOURS

These are full-time roles. You will be working split shifts (few hours in the morning and then a few hours in the afternoon/evening), so it is important that you don't live too far away from the airport. 

Flexibility with hours of work is important as our stores are open for long periods. It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
