Lotte Duty Free, Brisbane International Airport are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Benefit Counter Manager who is results oriented, confident and ideally has previously worked in the beauty industry before.

Working 37.5 hours per week.

  • Understand the sales trends and forecasts
  • Coach, motivate team members to provide excellence in customer service and ensure they are focused on maximising our sales potential.
  • Provide clear communication and consistent, constructive feedback on a daily/weekly basis to all team members as to their sales (and pre-order) targets as well as the results.
  • Ensure the Benefit counter is sufficiently staffed at all times to maximise our sales opportunities.
  • To work with the Team on maintaining the housekeeping standards, visual merchandising and stock level as per guidelines on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all customer service and follow-up service requirements including, customer complaints, refunds, credits and repairs are handled to the customer’s satisfaction in a most urgent and timely manner.
  • To ensure timely and effective execution of products launches and promotions.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in working with cosmetics
  • Experience of managing a team and providing training and coaching as well as performance management
  • Demonstrable ability to manage various competing priorities and the ability to assess and resolve complex problems
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills sufficient to influence, persuade and negotiate at all levels within and outside the organisation
  • Demonstrable high standard of personal presentation
  • A recognised qualification in Makeup Artistry


This is a part-time role working 37.5 hours per week, consisting of 8am-4pm shifts.
You will have every second weekend off.
