THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our Melbourne warehouse based in Abbotsford. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and responsible for assisting with inward and outward goods movements, ticketing requirements, stock takes and stock control.

Your duties will include:

  • Unloading and Loading vehicles
  • Receipting and checking incoming stock
  • Picking, packing and checking orders
  • Maintain clean and orderly warehouse
  • Accurately conduct regular cycle counts/stock takes
  • Manual handling, lifting cartons, moving Roll Cage and Pallets with Pallet Jacks
  • Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety procedures
  • Sorting, labelling and quality checks (as required)

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Enjoy physical labour
  • Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail
  •  Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic IT skills including basic Microsoft Office -  Excel, Word
  • Current and valid Driver’s license
  • Forklift License - desirable
  • Prior experience using RF scanner

DETAILS OF THE ROLE  

  • Full time position – 76 hours’ fortnightly
  • Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm
