ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to Replenisher Team Leader, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Replenisher to provide a premium service, both friendly and exceptionally efficient, whilst dispatching orders to Lotte Duty Free customers at the Collections Counter.  

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Coordinate inward and outward stock movements 
• Accurately pick and packing of outwards goods 
• Ongoing stock replenishment of all areas in priority utilizing Stock Replenishment Systems
• Resolve and receipt / invoice differences
• Maintain clean and orderly bond store
• Accurately conduct regular stock takes
• Ensure that all customs regulations are adhered to
• Responsible for meeting the delivery trucks
• Supporting 3 PL and Lotte Logistics team to safely deliver stock to Stores

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills
• A sense of urgency and time management skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also able to work autonomously
• Ability to do all lifting and picking requirements
• Experience in working in a storeroom, warehouse, or bond.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Numerical and attention to detail skills
• Current and valid Driver’s license.

 Desirable:

• Previous administrative experience
• Knowledge/experience in Duty Free operations and/or retail operations

HOURS

• Full Time position – 76 hours’ fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility with hours of work is important as our stores are open for long periods.
